Site Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling Customer Enquiries, Regular follow-ups with clients who have visited the site/enquired about the project
- Regularly engaging with the existing clients to get referral/loyalty bookings
- Explaining the project and info about other project and new development
- Booking (closing the deal) and Finalization
- MIS to Management on regular basis
- Co-ordinating with bankers to process home loan for the clients
- Co-ordinating between Legal and CRM Team for Doc Pending & Trying for Speedy Agreement Registration of the booked flats
- Ensuring the experience at the site is exemplary, to co-ordinate with facilities/civil teams for regular upkeep of sales office and sample house
