Executive - Service Sales (4-8 yrs)
JD :
Managerial and Coordination Requirements:
- Be accountable for the overall performance in the increase of Service sales turnover in respective territory of responsibility
- Responsible for executing the Area and Regional service strategy within territory of responsibility
- Co-ordinate with Service Managers and Service technicians to ensure best in class service to customers
- Ensure target fulfilment of Service contract renewals
- Plan and execute aggressive Service drives/camps for up-selling & cross-selling of high-end service plans, retrofit proposals and Value Added Offers
- Identify and recommend service acquisitions to direct superior
- Develop trustful and relevant relationships to DORMA customers
- Provide market and competition feedback to superiors from time to time with recommendations for increasing service market share
- Conduct business in line with applicable local laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & procedures, company's code of conduct
