Executive & Senior Executive - Telesales - Online/Internet (0-3 yrs)
Job Duties :
- Call lead prospective that are generated by internal/external sources
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives
- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources
- Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direst sales out of these calls.
- Being updated on new products and services
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
- Appropriately communicate brand identity.
Job Responsibilities :
- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure
- Possess strong communication skills
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate with Good communication skills.
- 6 Months-1 years of Digital Marketing industry .
- Have high closure orientation
- Strong outbound Tele - Sales Experience
- Candidates should have experience into outbound calling
- Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
