Executive/Senior Executive - Telesales - eCommerce (1-5 yrs)

CTC: Upto 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA + Incentives
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Last Saturday of every month as well)
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities :
Making outbound calls : Promote our products/services to potential customers.
Building customer relationships : Develop and maintain strong customer connections.
Qualifying customer needs : Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Exceeding sales targets : Achieve and surpass sales goals.
Team collaboration & feedback : Work with team members and provide customer trend insights to management.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a solid sales acumen.
- Educational qualifications: Minimum 70% aggregate in 10th & 12th; Minimum 55% aggregate in UG & PG.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
