Executive/Senior Executive - Telesales (0-1 yrs)
Role Details :
Position : Executive/Sr. Executive - Tele Sales
Location : Noida
Qualification : B.Tech & MBA
Experience : Minimum 1 Year in Inside Sales
Working Days : Monday - Friday (Last Saturday of every month as well)
Shift Timing : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
CTC : Up to 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA + Incentives
Interview Round : Face-to-Face
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 75% aggregate in 10th & 12th, and 65% in UG & PG.

Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends.
