Job Description :
- It's an inbound tech sales process. Customer will call regarding their technical issues related to windows, Mac, router, printer, xbox, pop up. Agent will resolve this issues by troubleshooting and charged an amount for the service
- Candidates should be from international bpo background with tech sales experienced
- Candidates should be a call closer
- Candidates must have knowledge about Mac, windows, printer, router, xbox, pop up etc
- Candidates should be flexible for rotational shift
NOTE- Fresher and candidates from domestic bpo do not apply for this post
