Required Qualification :
1) B.Sc./B.Tech/B.E.
2) Postgraduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed & recognized university/Institute.
- Experience 5 -7 Years of Experience in the field of Industrial Sales division for Building material, Construction, Infrastructure, and allied Industries
Technical Skills :
1) Should have sound knowledge in technical product specification
2) Thorough understanding of costing and pricing models for the Target Market
3) Should have strong Negotiation Skills
4) Expertise in bidding/tender management
5) Understanding of Brand Management/Product Promotion
Behavioral Skills :
1) Excellent interpersonal, communication skills Networking and Navigation skills
2) Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal & external stakeholders
3) Should be a critical and innovative thinker
4) Result driven attitude

Principal Accountabilities :
Responsibility Supporting Activities :
- Sales and Market Development
- Ensure to achieve, monthly, quarterly & yearly targets for Industrial sales division.
- To generate prospective business leads using various platforms and resources.
- Develop and maintain relationship with key customer accounts.
- Coordinate with Dispatch for on time delivery to the customer.
- To implement various sales schemes to facilitate sales and assist to retain customers to organization and execute various market strategies to reach all budget objectives.
- Propose and initiate actions as per plan for empanelment in various Industrial Associations, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, and B2B partners etc.
- Interact regularly with potential and existing customers to acquaint them on new product offerings / developments.
- Maintain optimal level of customer services for all industrial sales activities and ensure adherence to all industry standard
- To gather data for all competitive analysis and maintain first hand market intelligence data pertaining to the customer trend, competitor, and product range
- Expedite and seek to resolve customer concerns at the earliest by obtaining feedback on quality of products and service and convey the same internally to the relevant stakeholders
- Revenue Generation
- Achieve volume and value sales as per the Business Plan (EBITA)
- Ensure competitive and effective pricing to ensure closure of the deals
- Timely and effective collection from the Credit from the Market
- Branding/Promotional activities
- To maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
- Ensure on time & effective execution of various branding & promotional activities (Ensure regular promotional activities like exhibitions, display outlets, etc.)
- Work closely with the Branding Team to have regular consultant and influencers awareness programs.
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
- Participates in trade shows, conferences, seminars etc.
- MIS & Reports
- To manage & update MIS digital dashboards and DVR as required.
- To prepare reports for all customers on weekly and Monthly basis for further analysis
- Ontime & effective preparation and submission of relevant MIS and reports on Daily & fortnightly basis.
