Key Responsibility Area :
SEO :
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Ahrefsm Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Perform keyword research in coordination with the various business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
- Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with on and off-page SEO goals - general and keyword specific
- Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, and customers)
- Develop and implement link building campaigns (PR, infographics, guest blogging, etc)
- Implement XML sitemaps, robots.txt, webmaster tools, and feeds
- Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with our goals
- Implement and administer search engine programs
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
- Research and administer social media tools in support of our social media strategy
- Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization SEO strategies
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
- Maintain a watching brief on the SEO and social media environment to ensure up-to-date tactics, systems and developments are adopted as appropriate
- Work with company-wide teams to solve technical challenges in order to drive greater traffic, attract new users, and, ultimately, revenue
- Perform ongoing troubleshooting of websites and social media, identify solutions and work with appropriate company members to rectify them.
SEM :
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links

- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

Knowledge :
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
- Passion for SEO & SEM and overall internet marketing
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Knowledge of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines
- Detailed knowledge of Google, associated updates, and other major search engines like Bing, Yahoo, Ask etc
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
