Responsible to achieve monthly. quarterly, half yearly & annual targets.
Responsible to recruit, arrange induction, training to new VO recruits.
Conduct career seminars, engagement activities & IMD training.
Frequent visit at VO location.
Helping VO head for recruitment, joint calls.
