Job Description :

- Understanding property requirements of prospects through emails or phone and providing relevant data/ information about existing clients/new projects.

- Meeting with customers and clients giving them various investment proposals, briefing them about the product, convincing the customers.

- Converting prospects into customers and achieving sales targets.

- Regular coordination with builders/brokers and maintaining healthy relationship with them.

- Providing after sales support to the clients and maintaining healthy relationship with them.

- Exploring the new investment avenues through Market Research.

Candidate Profile :

- Graduate/ Under graduate / Diploma Fresher

- Able to handle the hardcore sales function.

- Candidates should have Strong ownership attitude, highly motivated and able to take responsibilities.

- Driving should be known and owning a vehicle (two-wheeler) will be given a preference for boys .

- Should be computer savvy.

Salary Is Negotiable
