Executive/Senior Executive - Sales - Real Estate (0-2 yrs)
About our Client :
The opening is with a full-service real estate company with presence in Gurgaon, Delhi and the NCR and it deals in buying, selling and corporate leasing of properties. Launched in 2015, the company has served numerous clients including big and who's who of the real estate market.
KRAs as a Sales Executive/ Sr. Sales Executive :
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Representing their company at trade exhibitions,events and demonstrations;
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
- Maintain daily sales MIS
Desired Candidate's Profile:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must have good command over English (reading/writing/oral) communication.
- Knowledge of Real Estate.
- Should be able to generate business from clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Should have passion for Sales and Customer Service with focus on New Clients Acquisition.
- Must be presentable and willing to travel within NCR to meet Clients.
- Well versed with computer application usages preferably MS Office.
Qualification : Minimum Graduate
Work Experience: 0-2 Years (This position is only for Male Candidates and Fresher can also apply)
Salary: Basic Salary + Incentives + Conveyance reimbursements
Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon (Sohna Road)
