Executive/Senior Executive - Sales - Payment Gateway (1-5 yrs)
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Banking API/Payment Gateway Sales.
- Responsible to sell Banking API Solutions to SME and Corporate Clients
- Build and maintaining client relations / Work on market opportunities & convert into business
- Responsible for achieving the sales and cross-sell targets, customer satisfaction, productivity and thus enhance profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service which includes query resolution of the customer, completion of the task within the given TAT, after sales service, complaint handling and customer retention.
- Being updated with the changing market scenario and provide suggestions for improvement in the products, policies and processes.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Able to independently drive the Sales Revenue.
- Build strong network with customers to get repeat business
- Has to work as KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER with each customer
