Executive/Senior Executive - Sales & Operations (3-10 yrs)
Degree with Minimum 3 to 5 years- of experience in Purchasing of Mechanical, Electrical, MRO and Industrial Items.
- Reasonable Communication in Verbal & Email Writing (English).
- Passionate about business & ability to find new suppliers for Industrial Products, Factory Consumables & Office supplies in B2B Space.
- Quotation Comparison, Good Negotiation skills & Convince suppliers to get best price & payment terms.
- Handle Potential RFQ's & submit competitive quotes to customers for sales orders.
- Delivery coordination & frequent customer/supplier visits.
- Well-versed with operations, PO Processing, Material dispatch, logistics.
- Knowledge in Strategic Sourcing, RFQ/RFP Process & Contract Negotiation.
- Develop SOP- s/Procurement Policy/Training to Internal stake holders & suppliers.
- Prepare Monthly MIS & Weekly Purchase Summary.
- Target oriented & result driven to achieve the monthly sales billing targets.
- Willing to travel locally/outstation as & when required.
- Ongoing supplier retention & relationship.
- Strong Interpersonal skills & ability to work as a team player.
- Self-driven, target oriented & ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Professional with strong ethics & ethical way of doing business along with organization's values.
