Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Plan and execute marketing activities, and generate sales leads
2. Visit colleges for tie-ups. Map out potential sources of student admissions.
3. Manage BTL activities locally
4. Reach monthly sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationship with agents, Anganwadi workers, Asha workers, school and institutions
5. Build agents network at local level and do regular follow ups with them
6. Achieve the designated targets.
7. Generate database from Schools and other sources.
8. Meeting with Principals, Coordinators and management Personnel of schools for Business generation.
9. Execute various marketing activities within assigned region.
10. Conducting Seminars in schools, open seminars in town, Residential Apartments (Townships).
11. Converting leads into Walk In.
12. Interaction with students and parents on routine basis.
13. Liaison with influencers to student for admission like local tuition teachers, Aangan Wadi, Aasha or others to add business
An ideal candidate should have :
1. 1+ years' relevant experience. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
2. Experience in consultative Sales profile.
3. Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
4. Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.
5. Should have experience in Educational / Insurance / Pharma / Training / Timesharing.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills
7. Should be Comfortable in Travelling & Own Personal Transport (Bike Is preferred)
8. Should be able to work on MS office.
