Executive/Senior Executive - Sales - Logistics/Freight Forwarding Firm (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics industry/freight forwarding(international).
- A passion for exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships, especially with Japanese customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue growth for our corporate and regional accounts by collaborating across departments to achieve sales targets.
- Focus on selling end-to-end and value-added solutions aligned with our strategic priorities for Japanese clientele.
- Analyse pipeline performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions to achieve revenue growth and margin enhancement.
- Actively participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings.
- Champion a culture of sustainability, health, and safety in the workplace.
Essential Skills & Qualification :
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in freight forwarding and export/import processes.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies and relationship selling
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
