Executive/Senior Executive - Sales - Furniture (2-5 yrs)

- Drive the complete sales process, including lead generation, customer engagement, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Provide personalized furniture solutions to clients, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our product range.
- Collaborate with interior designers and architects to identify opportunities for partnerships and expand the brand's reach.
- Co-manage digital media campaigns and strategies, working closely with external agencies to enhance brand visibility and drive online sales.
- Play a key role in the development and management of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving online conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing repeat business.
- Effectively update client database on excel and maintaining client records.
Required skill sets :
- Fluency in English with the ability to communicate persuasively.
- Well-presented and groomed, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, interior designers, and architects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel & PowerPoint.
- Profound email writing & written communication.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and strategies, including social media, SEO, and SEM.
- Familiarity with e-commerce website management and understanding of user experience optimizations'.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative furniture solutions to clients.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
