Experience : Technical:
Should have 4-5 years of experience of general trade experience in consumer durables / dealer network driven organizations.
Managerial :
- Ability to inspire colleagues and training them, system / market knowledge, ability to handle dealers, analytical / leadership skills.
Role Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Driving general trade business by achieving Sales Target as against budget for assigned territory
- Ensure the collection of the business
- Ensure the outstanding is as per the designed target
- Expansion of network to increase the reach of product
- Aggressive, motivated, take self-initiative for complete work
