Executive/Senior Executive - Sales - Certification & Training Services (3-15 yrs)
The Sales/Sr. Sales Executive (Certification and Training Services) Chennai position will have the responsibility for the results and growth of Companies' Certification business in respective regions of India.
Main Accountabilities :
- Responsible to promote certification and training services in central India
- Responsibility for new customer acquisition, relationship management and business growth to ensure Company becomes the service provider of choice to a greater share of the market.
- Build relationship with consultants in the region to ensure healthy business transactions with them
- Accountable for the achievement of Certification budgeted yearly new sales targets ensuing organic growth.
- Acquire Key clients in the region in collaboration with other regions sales personnel
- Be abreast of trends and customer requirements and to share market intelligence time to time to adjust Strategy.
- Maintain a healthy collection of 45 days as per finance guidelines
- Learn and implement calculation of audit man-days for various certification schemes, prepare proposals and submit them to win contracts for Company. Must also learn initial technical review of questionnaires received from clients.
- Be abreast with marketing and promotional activities and participate in fairs, conferences, etc. to promote Company in central India
- Liaise with various state govt. departments to be abreast with latest requirements and customize solutions accordingly
- At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of employees in line with Company policies and procedures
Performance Indicators :
- Certification & Training sales revenue target achievement.
- Submission of targeted no of proposals every month.
- Regions Certification client's portfolio and revenue growth;
- Certification & training sales growth in and related to the region;
- Planning & scheduling of audits in advance in close coordination with clients and back office team.
- Collection of payments.
Qualification & Experience :
- Educational Qualification : Graduation (Science), Post Graduation, MBA
- Minimum experience : min. 3 years in sales & marketing.
