Duties and responsibilities :

Specific Roles:

1. Formulate & implement monthly sales plans along with Area Head/ Asst. Area Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager as applicable

2. Adhere to the laid down sales processes in respect of:

3. Inviolable Controls

4. PDR (Plan -do-review)

5. PJP (Permanent Journey Plans)

6. DSR (Daily Sales Reports)

7. Implement town/cluster level channel strategy to deliver the desired channel architecture and channel health.

8. Management of sales & collections with existing channel partners.

9. Formulate and implement town/cluster specific Demand Generation activities

10. Implementing and monitoring promotional schemes with various channel partners

11. Establish and maintain the good working rapport with channel partners within assigned territories

Qualification

1 Graduate/ MBA with 2 - 4 years of sales experience depending on size of territory. Industries preferred are paints, lubricants, cement, plywood, consumer durable etc.

2. Should be willing to relocate, as per needs of the business.
