Position: Executive / Senior Executive - Sales & Marketing
Experience: 0.6 - 2 Years
Salary Package: up to 3 LPA
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue generation by identifying vendor base for various wedding services provided by Company, pitching for sales by travelling and/or meeting up with client base and ensuring successful conversion of sale.
- Cold Calling, Fixing appointments and directly meeting Matrimony related vendors.
- Meeting the Prospects and converting into business.
- Extensive travelling would be part of the job.
- Achieving Sales Targets.
- Maintaining data on all customer interactions, analyzing and publishing trend.
Position: Relationship Manager -Sales
Experience: 1- 5 Years
Salary Package: up to 3.5 LPA
Location: Bangalore
Description about the role:
This position is responsible to provide direct oversight and management to coordinators and telesales executives across regions and ensure 100 % lead conversion. S/He is also responsible to expand into new markets and new locations, improve individual and team productivity, generate new potential clients and renewal of existing clients and manage overall P&L accounts.
The following are the key deliverables:
- Co-ordinate with the team of regional telesales & ensure 100% lead conversions are made.
- Responsible for recruiting talent as full time or free lancers, and ensure optimum leads are fed to their bucket.
- Work Closely with the Regional Managers, Customer Service Managers in regions to generate leads for conversion
- Maintain and ensure that pipeline is updated regularly
- Develop regular MIS reports on targets
- Lead internal review meetings for sales
- Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT.
Position: Team Lead - Telesales
Experience: 2- 5 Years
Salary Package: up to 3.5 LPA
Location: Bangalore
Description about the role:
- You would be responsible for handling a team of 10-13 outbound Telemarketing Executive with approx 10- 11 lakhs revenue target as monthly.
- To ensure team is motivated to convert daily leads to revenue as per the target.
- To ensure the Team Attrition is under control.
- Handling team issues, managing data, daily team review & feedback sharing.
- Responsible for expanding month on month branch revenue target by meeting self target.
