Job Description : 

We are looking for a candidate who will act as an individual contributor for servicing the Transaction team of Retail Advisory division, catering to Delhi NCR market.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Up to 4 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably NCR market with a knowledge of retail markets (highstreets / malls)

- Actively source, update and maintain record of new supply and current stock in all high streets of NCR region through field research, market information and cold calling

- Prepare options on excel and presentation as per set format

- Assist in conducting site visits with clients and administrative work link to documentations

- Map out the retailers and brands in high streets with details such as area on rent, tenure, average rent etc.

- Build relationships with landlords to keep up-to-date with supply and market information

- Expected to spend 80% time in field

Key Skills :

- MS Excel skills

- Good market knowledge

- Proficiency in email and written communication

Required Qualification : 

- Any graduate or Under Graduate or Diploma holder with relevant experience

- Open to undergraduates with relevant experience too

- Early / Immediate joiners will be preferred

- Decent Communication skills required
