Location: Delhi, Jaipur

Qualification: Any graduation

Notice Period: 30-45days

Experience: 1+yr

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Agency Channel Sales: Spearhead the sales efforts within the agency channel, focusing on travel insurance products to drive growth and market penetration.

- Recruit & Develop Talent: Recruit, screen, and onboard new agents to build a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing training and mentorship to ensure agents are equipped to meet their targets.

- Sales Strategy & Performance: Analyze performance metrics regularly to develop actionable insights. Adjust strategies as necessary to meet sales targets and improve overall team performance.

- Client & Staff Relationships: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both internal staff and external clients to enhance team dynamics and ensure a customer-centric approach to sales.

- Time Management & Efficiency: Ensure the team adheres to best practices in time management, ensuring optimal performance and productivity across all sales activities.

- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, ensuring the team is compliant and aligned with industry standards.

- Industry Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry shifts and implement strategies that drive business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in general insurance, with a specific focus on agency channel sales and a strong understanding of travel insurance products.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate a team.

- Strong leadership qualities with a track record of recruiting, managing, and developing successful sales teams.

- In-depth understanding of industry regulations and a commitment to compliance.
