Executive/Senior Executive/Manager/Deputy Manager - Sales - Real Estate (1-8 yrs)

- Currently the opening is for one of the known Real Estate company located in Pune, looking for those who have experience in direct sales and channel sales
- We are looking for Graduates / Post Graduates for various Sales positions.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Competencies Result Focused, Sales Driven, Customer Centric, Confident & Self-Motivated.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Responsible for handling Sales for the assigned project/(s).
- Conduct Client Visits and manages Walk Ins.
- Presenting property solutions to clients.
- Generate business through Channel Partners.
- Having a Daily Follow-up with Enquiries Regarding Booking Status.
- Giving Daily Report of booking to Business Head.
- Participate in exhibitions for promoting sales.
- Scout for new sales opportunities through client references.
- Identifies business opportunities to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per property sales.
- Produce marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information in order to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future ventures.
Preferable Industries:
Real Estate, Telecom, Banking, Insurance & Automobile / Luxury or High end products etc
Additional Details:
- Attending meetings and Business Conferences with prospective clients.
- Maintaining the Quality of services for company's Goodwill and getting more bookings with the help of effective Market Research.
- Handling Broker's & clients queries.
- Active Participation in Product Launching and Expansion of Business.
- Conducting and taking active participating in Exhibitions and Promotions of our Product.
- Proper coordination with team members and various departments.
- Controlling of back office staff to update records and financial transactions.
- Conducting final meeting to change prospect into buyer.
- Analyzing Competitor Activities and Reporting to Related department.
- Responsible for achieving targets on regular basis.
