Job Description :

- Would be managing customer loyalty programs.

- Implement changes technical loyalty CRM.

- Execute the customer loyalty program and all related features.

- Implement the process to improve acquisition, activation and retention of customers across the partner network -through various initiatives and promotions.

- Drive growth and development of the Loyalty program to increase membership volumes, improve purchase behaviour and reduce attrition.

- Manage the call centre executives by being a team member instead of a manager. Maintain a fresh and inspiring atmosphere with a lot of passion for people.

Candidate Profile And Qualification :

- Thorough knowledge of B2C businesses and implimenting independent Loyalty Programs.

- Marketing & Analytics knowledge, excellent communication skills, Technical and Managerial experience in designing, developing & growing a loyalty program.

- This role requires a solid background in customer loyalty programs, an understanding of loyalty principles and an ability to drive enhanced customer loyalty.
