- Bidding on different job portals like up work, freelancer, Fiverr etc. Generating business from bidding portals selling Web-based Services, Mobile App, Digital marketing. The main role of the bidder is to prospect a new client by bidding.
- Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
- Achieving business targets.
- Identifying new market and business line.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable in communicating with clients via email/Call/Skype.
- Experience/knowledge in Bidding on Upwork, Elance, Guru, ODesk etc.
- Proven track record in business development.
- Good selling attitude, target oriented & able to work independently.
- Proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, Requirement Gathering.
- Self-starter and self-motivated individual.
- Good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Good experience in handling international clients.
- Must be proficient in proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, the communication link between the development team & clients.
- Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients, preparing various presentations.
- Work on the cold calling and email leads.
