Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Be completely thorough with all the specifics of our products & services and adequately handle customer queries regarding it.
- Call our prospective customers and effectively pitch our products/ services.
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize to maximize the number of calls made.
- Maintain the database of leads & create record logs by employing the established procedure.
- Use our lead management software efficiently to optimise the calling process.
- Have the astute mind of a salesperson to gauge the customer's need and cater to it appropriately.
- Demonstrate excellent persuasion & influencing skills to convert leads.
- Be highly motivated, persistent and aggressive towards achieving the set targets.
- Follow the required standard with respect to etiquette while handling customers.
- Work seamlessly in a team environment and contribute to the team's growth.
