Executive/Senior Executive - Field Sales - SaaS Product (3-7 yrs)

As a SaaS Sales Representative, you will play a role as a critical member of the Business Development team, and have access to all the resources necessary to grow the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling SaaS products at a fast-growing B2B HR Tech company.
Experience Range: 3 to 7 years
Location: Bangalore
You will:
- Generate new business through inbound lead follow up and outbound account prospecting best practices
- Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target new logo prospects
- Follow up with prospects and arrange for a demo / meeting
- Educate the market on how we can help companies hire fast and cost effectively using our Interview as a Service solutions
- Actively expand and maintain knowledge of products, industry competitors and market trends/needs
- Forecast, manage and report pipeline and sales activity
- Partner with the product team and founders to be the voice of the customer
You have:
- Significant enterprise sales experience in the HR Tech domain
- Experience in lead generation high-growth companies
- Experience using modern sales tools
- Commitment to be part of a high energy team
