Executive/Senior Executive - Dealer Management - BFS (3-5 yrs)
(3 to 4 yrs) Saturday and Sunday will be working. (Weekly off will be given during the week)
Job responsibilities :
1) Daily tracking of web portal to monitor plan sales post diagnosis.
2) Dealer support management of partners for plan sales and cancellation.
3) MIS reporting for all the activities/task held at monitoring function.
4) Manage dealer support channels to identify keys issues and work on solutions with product/tech.
5) Timely notification to End customers and Retailers.
6) Sharing weekly/monthly reports/Governance deck.
7) Collaborating with different teams within organization to bring a closure to an issue.
8) Team player and Flexible approach towards work.
Skillset required : Customer Service experience, Ms excel efficient, PPT, Email management. Good verbal and written skills.
Relevant years of experience needed - 3 to 4 years
Qualification : Graduate or above
