Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Service - Shipping Business (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :
- Receiving pre-alert and sending to a customer with freight or freight certificate & after approval on draft BL from a consignee
- Send the FDS/Security to customer /CHA & Arrange D/N from a carrier
- Daily updating Master DSR after ETA entry
- Sending DSR to all customers on a daily basis
- Coordination for status with shipping line, co-leader, overseas, customer for normal daily shipments
- Invoice followup with shipping line or co-leader
- Any Other work assigned by management time to time
Skill Set :
- Good Communication, Aggressive, Good Presentation, Good Computer Knowledge IT/skills, MS office, Good command over Excel and Powerpoint presentation.
Required Qualification/Education :Graduate
