Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Service - Door Technology Systems & Allied Products (3-7 yrs)
Managerial and Coordination Requirements:
- Responsible for all customer related enquiries and processing of the same within given time limit or as per DORMA set standards
- Responsible via the Planning/ Purchase department for coordinating DORMA factories worldwide and where necessary, to other vendors for non-DORMA products & accessories in terms of order delivery to the customer
- Responsible to liaise with concerned DORMA and non-DORMAvendors regarding order status and updating customer on the same
- Ensure effective usage of the CRM tool
- Ensure strong relationship with Pre-sales, Sales, Operations & Accounts to establish seamless processes/documentation that ensures smooth and hassle free experience for the customer
- Ensuring customer complainants are addressed and resolved in reasonable time in coordination with respective departments
(Additional Regional Specifications:)
- Responsible for basic quotations and its related activities with customers as per DORMA norms/ directives
- Responsible for processing of contract Margin to the customers.
- Coordination with Credit Control Team for releasing the credit blocks for billing.
Key Skills :
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer services preferably in a hospitality or retail Industry or Manufactuirng
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer experience is essential
- SAP Knowledge must SO Module
