Currently we are looking for "Customer Service Executive/ Senior Customer Service Executive" for a leading pharmaceutical company.

Job Location : Bangalore

Designation: Customer Service Executive/ Senior Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities :

- Order entry to Shipment arrangement for ASPAC customers.

- Coordination with US & France Plants

- Customer complaints resolution

- MIS reports & actions

- Forecast/Demand planning

Pricing management

- Logistics/Warehouse & documentation coordination Any ERP (SAP/Oracle/AS 400/Adage) experience Processing customer requests including Freight quotations, samples, regulatory related, credit notes, commission statements...etc

- Supporting CSM/GCSM on process improvements

- Adhering to SPI Policies & Procedures

- Cross functional working with Supply Chain, Sales,

Regulatory, Quality, Warehouse, and freight forwarders, Production & CS Teams in US and France.

Qualification:

- Science Graduate or Post Graduates with 4 years of

Experience in Supply Chain/Customer Service/Operations in any Manufacturing.

- Good communication & Organization skills.

- Time management skills.
