Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Care - Technical Support - BPO (1-3 yrs)
We are hiring people for our Organisation.
Require Experience Candidates For Inbound Tech Support .
Need Immediate Joiners.
Responsible for dealing with International Clients over calls with Remote Support Software installation, Technical expert in US / UK customer support good hand on troubleshooting isssues on Printer,Router, Mac, Window, Antivirus, Email, Pop Up, etc.
Criteria :
Age- 18 to 35 years old.
Qualification :
- Graduates. Undergraduates can also apply.
- One should have prior experience in Tech Support ( Sales) ( Outbound or Inbound)
- One should have got knowledge how to take European calls.
- Should have got good communication Skills
- Should be flexible in Night Shift and Morning Shift.
Salary - 15000 to 26000 (fixed) +Huge Incentives (Monthly + Spot).
