Executive/Senior Executive - Customer Acquisition - Real Estate/Event Management/Vehicle (2-4 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
REPORTING TO : Team Manager
PURPOSE & HIGHLIGHT OF THE ROLE :
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handling objections and resolve member/customer conflicts thus building customer trust.
- To build & maintain strong relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
- To prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
- To make inspiring sales presentations to the prospective clients by creating a dream.
- Regular liaison with telemarketing and member relations department to achieve stretched targets in a result-focused environment.
- To build and maintain strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
- To keep abreast with the organization's products and services and to crack profitable deals and referrals to achieve sales targets.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Diploma holder/Graduate/Post graduate with min 2 yrs experience in B2B or B2C selling.
COMPETENCIES:
Communications skills, Presentation skills, Drive for results, Perseverance, Ability to handle high pressure, Follow up and closing skills.
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A. Incentives Extra. Food & Accomodation will be provided by the Company at Subsidiary Rate
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / Diploma
Experience - 2 yrs. + experience in business development (Concept selling rather than product selling)
CTC 2.5 L/A to 4 L/A based on experience and CTC
Preferred industry : Real Estate, Event Management, Four Wheeler (Dealer ship), E-commerce like Bharat Matrimony, India Mart etc. (Any Other Industry is also considered )
Attractive incentive If he performs well, he will be able to earn above 50% of his CTC as incentive
Candidate Preferred Locations : Chennai, Kodaikanal, Thekkady, Wayanad
