Executive/Senior Executive - Commercial Sales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for Female candidate only high-performing commercial sales professionals (Sr. Sales Executives/Sales executives) for Gurugram/Delhi NCR Region to help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Job Position: Sr Sales Executives/Sales Executives - Commercial Real Estate/Office Space

Salary: As per experience

Note: Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities :


- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Performs additional job duties as requested.

Experience :

- 5 -10 years experience in commercial real-estate/office space sales

Skills and Knowledge :

- Excellent Negotiation & Presentation Skills.

- Good Communication Skills

- Competency using Microsoft Office, navigating the internet, general use of personal computer

- Be customer focused - dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers

- Act with customers in mind, establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect

- Plan and organize - establish course of action to accomplish goals, develop plans for achieving results, orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals, uses resources effectively and efficiently, measure performance against goals, evaluate results
