Executive/Senior Executive - Business Develpoment - Interior Design (0-1 yrs)
Purpose of the Role :
As an Executive/Senior Executive- Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing sales operations within a designated geographical area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Attend appointments and meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and drive revenue growth.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets, and manage sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations and exceptional customer service.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and stay uptodate on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements Skills and Work Experience Required :
- Familiarity with the location- geographically and culturally
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in regional language
- Strong business acumen and sales skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Basic knowledge of computers and sales software
- Good interpersonal skills- ability to maintain confidentiality, listening ability, and emotional control.
