Role :
New Business Development
Prospect for potential new clients and bring new business.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Build business development strategy for the industry segment - Sizing, Segmentation, and Roadmap
Work to determine most efficient directions and process for growing company sales and revenues
Actively manage the entire sales engagement from lead generation to closing / agreement signing.
Report on Business plan, Budgets, monthly achievements to Management, Internal report preparation for monthly presentations / financial statement preparation
Create, develop and foster new customers based on market trends and new opportunities; Engage with the client base on a continuous basis to generate more sales
Responsible for achieving profitability of accounts as per the targets
New client acquisition, account management for existing clients
Delivering on sales targets defined. Achieve the set targets
Lead profiling, Follow-ups, Proposal management, Meeting on closing the Sale.
Business Development Planning
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
