Executive/Senior Executive - Business Development - IT Staffing (3-6 yrs)
Position : Business Development/ Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Purpose : We are currently looking for Business Development Executives to source new leads, and identify and qualify new business opportunities in support of our US staffing division.
- Must be willing to work in the US time zones (Night Shift).
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work as an individual contributor with the primary responsibility of generating new leads and business opportunities for the US IT staffing division by performing cold calls, running email campaigns, networking, and/or other sources.
- Identify and build a list of prospective accounts with an emphasis on growing start-ups, small/mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
- Source new leads on regular basis, identify and reach out to key decision makers from the technology services (CIOs, CTOs, CXOs, VP, Director, IT/Project/Program Manager), procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and HR/Talent acquisition groups for new business opportunities.
- Identify and generate new staffing requirements with direct clients and through implementation partners.
- Facilitate and set up prospect meetings with BDMs and assist them in bringing the deal to closure.
- Maintain sales pipeline, perform periodic follow-ups, and effectively drive the leads through the funnel to opportunities/closures.
- Consistently meets monthly and quarterly targets, and achieves mutually agreed business goals.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management review as well as for constructive discussions to plan and execute improvements.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in lead generation, inside sales/ business development role for US IT staffing business.
- Should have good understanding of the US Staffing business processes and experience in prospecting various start-ups, small/mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
- Experience working with implementation partners is an added advantage.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Must be willing to work in the US time zones (Night Shift).
