Executive / Sr. Executive - Business Development (Client Relationship)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Manage the Business Development activities for IT & Non IT Recruitment / Staffing.
- Preferably someone who has worked for a consultancy.
- The Candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, increase the business with existing clients.
- Build long-term relationships with direct clients
- Bringing out the requirements from various business partners, System Integrators, Top Indian Companies
- Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals & getting the MOUs done.
- Responsible to achieve Business Targets in Permanent Recruitment and Contract Staffing and RPO engagements. Develop Sales Strategies and maintain a client Pipe-line.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure the delivery of assignments in a timely manner.
- Build connectivity at HR Director / MD / President / CEOs level.
- Cold calling / setting up meetings with prospective clients
- Should have proven experience of 3-4 years in Business development in the Recruitment and Staffing industry for IT and Non-IT industries. Should be go getter, Responsible, Organized and self driven.
- Experience in US & Overseas Staffing Market will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Good telephone comm. skills. Good listening skills. Good presentation skills, must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities.
- Ensure the annual revenue target is met
