Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Operations/Sales - Wellness (3-6 yrs)

JOB TITLE : Operations- Executive / Asst. Manager
RESPONSIBLE TO : Operations Manager / ASM / SM
MATRIX REPORTING TO : Regional Manager
Roles & Responsibility
- Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures
- Age should be 27 + and experienced person
- To professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve targets
- Maintain an accurate and current database and records of all clients
- Identify and develop sources of potential clients for up selling
- Customer Contact by effectively communicating with clients to gain commitment to the procedure
- Update on feedback/ comments from clients relating to the procedure
- Enquiry Handling
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of the procedure
- Maintain high standard of personal presentation
- Represent company in a professional manner at all times
- Take care of data base; keep updating and maintaining data base.
- Make healthy and professional relationship with existing client and surgeon
- Collect all information about client hair loss stage from CR/Consultant; discuss and categorize the client as per background and profile
- Communicate with client and keep updating courteously once date is fixed from Surgeon
- On day of procedure, once client arrives; ask client what food he/she like to have; make client feel comfortable; keep a close eye on surgeon while pre and post procedure
- Ask client to come for review meeting after procedure
- Management approved pictures should uploaded in look book
- Get feedback form filled by client after the procedure
REQUIRED :
- Should be a graduate
- Should have worked in an backend/operations role
- Should have work experience of handling clients
- Should be smart, good in English communications
- Should have working experience of MS-Word and MS-Excel for database entries
