Executive - Senior Business Development - IT (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) utilize the contacts lists to identify new leads
- Contact potential clients via email/phone/social media to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Work efficiently on the assigned accounts and bring qualified demo- s
- Understand prospect infrastructure and budgeting
- Setup and maintain a substantial pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Ensure quality processes and standards in order to take advantage of opportunities as they come, and to acquire new customers
- Maintain the CRM database of the company
Skills Required:
- 2-4 years of work experience in a similar Business development role, preferably in a B2B environment having catered to customers/clients in the USA and Canada regions
- Strong communication skills to communicate, present, assert and speak to all the different stakeholders involved. Must be able to cold call prospects with confidence.
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
- Proven track record of overachieving targets
- Proven networking skills score additional points
- Open to work in North American shifts
