Executive - Search Engine Optimization - IT (1-2 yrs)
The Job :
- As an SEO Executive with 0 to 2 year of experience, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting search engine optimization strategies to improve the online visibility and organic search ranking of our company's website and digital assets. You will work closely with the SEO team to execute on-page and off-page optimization techniques, analyze website performance metrics, and contribute to driving organic traffic growth. This role demands a passion for digital marketing, analytical skills, and the ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Your responsibilities will include :
Keyword Research and Analysis :
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms.
- Analyze and select keywords that align with the company's target audience and business goals.
On-Page Optimization :
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and headings with targeted keywords.
- Ensure website structure and URL optimization for better search engine crawlability.
- Implement SEO best practices for images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
Off-Page Optimization :
- Support the development and execution of off-page SEO strategies, including link building.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant websites for link acquisition and brand mentions.
Content Creation and Optimization :
- Assist in creating SEO-friendly content, including blogs, articles, and landing pages.
- Optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
Technical SEO :
- Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Work with the development team to implement SEO recommendations, such as site speed improvements and mobile optimization.
SEO Performance Tracking and Reporting :
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant metrics.
Stay Updated with SEO Trends :
- Keep abreast of the latest SEO developments, search engine algorithms, and industry trends.
- Suggest and implement innovative SEO strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams :
- Work closely with content creators, social media teams, and other stakeholders to align SEO efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing within IT industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structures is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated with the ever-changing SEO landscape.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
