Executive - Search Engine Optimization (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Executive to join our agency. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing our clients' websites and online content to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance over a online visibility. Your role will involve a combination of technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and data analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases that align with clients' business objectives and industry trends.
2. Perform on-page optimization, including meta tag creation, content optimization, URL structure optimization, and internal linking strategies.
3. Implement technical SEO strategies such as XML sitemap creation, robots.txt optimization, website speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
4. Develop and execute link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
5. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights.
6. Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms and industry trends, adapting strategies to ensure compliance and maximize search visibility.
7. Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across website content and structure.
8. Conduct regular website audits, identifying and resolving SEO issues and recommending improvements to enhance organic rankings.
9. Stay abreast of competitor analysis and industry benchmarks to identify new opportunities and optimize SEO strategies accordingly.
10. Stay informed about emerging SEO trends, tools, and techniques, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to drive effective SEO campaign
Qualification:
1. Solid understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
2. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO auditing tools.
3. Experience with on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building strategies.
4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and generate actionable insights.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.
6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development is a plus.
8. Certifications in SEO and digital marketing are desirable
KPI:
1. Organic Traffic: Measure the increase in organic search traffic to clients' websites time. This metric indicates the effectiveness of SEO strategies in driving relevant traffic
2. Keyword Rankings: Track the rankings of target keywords on search engine results pages (SERPs). Aim for higher rankings and monitor improvements to assess the success of SEO effort
3. Conversion Rate: Evaluate the percentage of website visitors that convert into desired actions, such as making a purchase, filling out a form, or subscribing to a newsletter It reflects the quality of organic traffic
4. Backlink Quality and Quantity: Monitor the number and quality of backlinks acquired for clients' websites. Focus on obtaining high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative sources to boost organic rankings.
5. On-page Optimization: Assess the implementation of on-page optimization techniques, such as meta tags, content optimization, and internal linking. Measure improvements in on-page SEO elements for targeted pages.
6. Site Speed: Monitor website loading speed, as it affects user experience and search engine rankings. Aim for fast-loading pages to improve user engagement and organic visibility.
7. Bounce Rate: Evaluate the percentage of visitors who leave the website after viewing only one page. A lower bounce rate indicates higher engagement and relevance of the website's content.
8. SERP Impressions: Measure the number of times clients' web pages appear in search engine results. An increase in SERP impressions signifies improved visibility an potential for organic traffic
9. Click-Through Rate (CTR): Calculate the percentage of users who click on the search results to visit clients' websites. Higher CTR indicates compelling meta titles and descriptions, resulting in increased traffic
