Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEO Specialist to join their marketing team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve online visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance website's search engine rankings.
The Job
SEO Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with our business goals and target audience.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and phrases.
SEO Project Management.
- Monthly Reporting of the Client Projects
- Milestone Updates for the client
- Onboard and Offboard Clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Understanding and documenting client needs and expectations.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
On-Page Optimization :
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Implement best practices for URL structure, internal linking, and site navigation.
Technical SEO:
- Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact search engine crawling and indexing.
- Monitor and improve website speed, mobile-friendliness, and other technical aspects affecting SEO performance.
Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure that new and existing content is optimized for relevant keywords and user intent.
- Develop content recommendations based on keyword analysis and search trends.
Off-Page SEO:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
- Identify outreach opportunities and establish relationships with relevant industry influencers and websites.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO-specific software.
- Prepare regular reports showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and actionable insights.
Algorithm Updates:
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Competitor Analysis:
- Analyse competitor SEO strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Keyword positioning and regular ranking updates.
Client Communication
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 3 years experience ideally in SEO / SEM within IT industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
