Executive - Search Engine Optimization (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform SEO strategy.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in client-side operations and client-facing roles
On-Page Optimization :
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for target keywords.
- Ensure website structure and navigation are SEO-friendly.
- Implement and monitor on-page SEO improvements.
- Strong knowledge of SEO for eCommerce and WooCommerce websites.
Technical SEO :
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on the website.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to website indexing, crawlability, and site speed.
Content Strategy :
- Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content.
- The candidate should know the pillar-cluster content strategy and E.E.A.T
- Ensure content is aligned with SEO strategies and objectives.
Link Building :
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies.
- Identify and engage with relevant industry influencers and websites for backlink opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure quality and relevance.
Performance Analysis :
- Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) to track and report on SEO performance.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights weekly to the Client.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag
- Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
