Executive - Search Engine Optimization (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. On-Page SEO :
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and images for targeted keywords.
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices for website architecture, internal linking, and site navigation.
- Monitor and improve page load speed and mobile-friendliness.
2. Off-Page SEO :
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Identify and engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social media platforms to promote content and build backlinks.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to enhance online presence.
- Track and analyze backlink profiles to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
3. SEO Tools & Analysis :
- Utilize paid SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) for comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and rectify technical SEO issues.
- Generate and analyze SEO reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
4. Content Strategy :
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure content is aligned with SEO strategies and contributes to organic growth.
- Provide SEO guidelines and recommendations for content creation.
5. App Store Optimization (ASO) :
- Conduct keyword research and optimization for app titles, descriptions, and metadata to improve app store rankings.
- Optimize app icons, screenshots, and video previews for higher conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze app performance metrics and user reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase app visibility and downloads on app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store).
6. Performance Tracking :
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and overall SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO and ASO performance and progress to stakeholders.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly SEO and ASO targets.
