- Leadership Role

The Job :

- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine result rankings.

- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.

- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.

- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.

- Collaborate with the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.

- Ensure End to End Mapping of Customer Journey in Google Analytics.

- Write compelling and high-quality website content, Meta Tags for website and Landing Pages.

- Manage SEO Strategy execution in accordance with the SEO KPIs.

- Devise SEO content strategies & link-building campaigns to achieve higher rankings in Search Engines.

- Monitor and resolve customer tracking through various Interfaces - GA, GTM, etc.

- Use Google Tools such as webmaster & analytics to evaluate current progress/issues.

- Coordinate with Technical Department to get the Technical Issues resolved.

- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.

Ideal Candidate :

Required Candidate profile :

- Proven SEO experience both Off Page & On Page.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and ASO.

- Must have good communication skills and ability to handle clients (for Senior SEO executive).

- Understanding of Google SEO Updates and Algorithm changes.

- Good knowledge on Anchor Text and Internal Linking Concept.

- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends)

- In-depth experience Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

- Must be able to deliver growth in keyword ranking

- Hands-on SEO experience in creating quality backlinks on High authority websites.

- Execute back linking exercise effectively to improve rankings on Targeted Keywords as per given timelines.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Experience working with popular keywords tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, etc.)

- Technical Site audits analysis, recommendations and implementations

- Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis.

- Have good interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing will be an added advantage.
