Executive - Sales - Wellness/Fitness (2-3 yrs)
The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of hands on experience in sales / channel management with demonstrated mastery of sales process with multiple clients.
- The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop successful working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and successful track record within sales organization with Fluency in English and Local Regional Language.
- The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for monetizing public performance license for the assigned territory.
- Engaging with all the commercial establishments where music is used & exploited.
- Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research & Mapping.
- Establish business relationship with Star Hotel Banquets Manager, Event Management Companies and Vendors.
- Monitor Industry trends & competitor activities.
- Tracking event updates across social media platforms and online portals & engage with clients for licensing.
- Report daily / weekly / monthly status on collection & field activity.
- Conducting filed survey at commercial establishments during weekends
- Receivables management & accounts reconciliation
- Sales Forecasting.
- MIS for region.
