Executive - Sales - Wellness & Fitness (1-4 yrs)
- Maintain high standards of selling and ensuring strong client engagement
- Keeping oneself abreast with key aspects of Selling and building personal Sales Skills
- Generating incoming from all Centre services - Gym Membership, Nutrition, Personal Training & Spa, in terms of number of signup and volumes.
- Make 300 calls per week minimum, while maintaining focus on engagement & need-analysis
- Conversion Rates
- Maintain a minimum conversion ratio of 0.6 for cold calling.
- Maintaining conversion rate of 0.85 for walk-ins/ referrals.
- Follow up with assigned clients on a regular basis, get feedback & ask for referrals.
- Strategize different offers and ideas for special Festival days & events for the Centre
- Lead Generation through referrals - from members & events - minimum 10 referrals per person per week.
- Updating the Daily sales report on a regular basis
- Keeping a routine check on sales target and achievement
- Effectively handle queries of walk-in visitors and potential clients & any other type of enquiries; also resolve member queries and doubts, if any.
- Provide complete details regarding membership & rules and regulation to the member at the time of signup
- Provide bills and receipts as soon as the enrollment process is done.
- Conduct all the formalities at the time of enrollment (pertaining to ID proof, Photo id, biometric registration form including contact details like mobile number & email id).
- Take member feedback in the first 45 days of signup; subsequently after every 3 months.
- Make calls and send messages to members regarding changes or addition in services/ policies.
- Maintain a professional relation with each and every member. This includes not becoming friends with a member, meeting them outside work &/or getting casual with them.
- Know each and every member by their name and greet them appropriately.
- Send members seasonal greetings as may be suitable. (Birthday, Festivals, Anniversary).
- Inform every member about events & offers- in person or through calling and messaging
