Executive - Sales - Warehousing/3PL (4-6 yrs)

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Warehousing/3PL Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts in the warehousing, 3PL, and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business within the warehousing, 3PL, and logistics sectors.

- Identify and target potential B2B clients, establishing and nurturing relationships to achieve sales targets.

- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.

- Present and promote warehousing and logistics solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.

- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales within the warehousing, 3PL, or logistics sector.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong understanding of warehousing, 3PL, and logistics operations and services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
