Executive - Sales - Visual Merchandising (3-5 yrs)
- VM Display Guidelines to be made and shared with RSM | ASM - parameter - Story Telling | Point of Focus | Product specific display | eliminating empty spaces through creative props and talkers.
- Regularly Check and Ensure display is as per display guideline - VM PPT review & Feedback
- Regular (Monthly/Quarterly) VM Training to be imparted to Store sales team | RSM|ASM
- Increase Digital touchpoint for improved customer communication
- POP stock, asset database, dispatch, GRN, Safety Stock and order sheet to be updated
- Ensure branding execution by branding execution team - through branding need identification through RSM/ASM/Store requisition.
- Size Adaptation and sharing of approved artwork/creative/logo with branding execution team.
- EBO New store opening - Get all branding artwork/creative approved through branding team and ensure to implement as per the timeline mentioned in NSO sheet
- VM PPT repository.
- Maintain monthly store visit tracker - plan Vs. Actual (along with reports)
- Education- Any Graduation & MBA
